Description
Intermediate First Aid is a comprehensive, skills‑focused training program designed for individuals who need the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively to medical and injury‑related emergencies at home, in the workplace, or in the community. This course provides a strong foundation in life‑support skills through a balanced mix of instruction, demonstration, hands‑on practice, and scenario‑based learning.
Learners develop the ability to recognize, assess, and manage a wide range of emergencies, including breathing problems, cardiac events, bleeding, shock, sudden medical conditions, and common injuries. The program includes CPR Level C and AED training, ensuring participants are prepared to act quickly and safely in time‑sensitive situations.
This course meets or exceeds federal and most provincial/territorial workplace first aid requirements and reflects the latest Canadian Consensus Guidelines on First Aid and CPR

Description
The CPR course provides participants with the essential skills needed to respond confidently when a person’s heart or breathing has stopped. Through a combination of instruction, guided demonstrations, and hands‑on practice, learners develop the ability to recognize cardiac and breathing emergencies, perform high‑quality chest compressions, give effective rescue breaths, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). This training builds strong practical confidence and prepares individuals to act quickly, safely, and effectively in life‑threatening situations involving adults, children, or infants. By completing this course, participants gain the knowledge and readiness to make a critical difference when every second counts.

Description
Basic Life Support (BLS) is a foundational course for healthcare professionals to respond in a team environment and teaches the theoretical and hands-on skills needed to respond to medical emergencies.
